Researching the target audience

In the survey I conducted, I had 46 respondents, each of them giving useful answers. The chart shown shows each the magazine that each gender would be interested in the most, this will tell me which areas the people in my TA age range are interested in the most.

Although, the results for fashion, gossip/celebrity and beauty were high among females, I have decided to move away from that path as I don't believe I have a sufficient amount of knowledge to be able to do that category justice.
For this reason, I have decided to make my magazine film and TV as not only am I interested in these things and have a sufficient amount of knowledge to do them justice, the results also back this up as 12 females and 6 males picked music, and 12 males and 2 females picked sports.Obviously there will be sub genres in both categories which will please both genders. E.g crime dramas and sports shows (predominately male viewers) and Reality TV (predominantly female listeners). Hopefully this should allow me to make a sophisticated magazine which pleases everyone in the target audience.
