Planning: Audio Visual

My plan is to have Sam and Zachariah do a small interview with the spare photos I have of the two of them playing as a kind of photo montage as the interview plays at the same time. I will write the script for this. They will discuss what it was like filming the show and playing football at the same time.

Script

Me: (the interviewer) So boys, what was it like filming the show and doing something you love at the same time?

Sam: Yeah, it was really fun, I think I speak for Zachariah as well when I say that it didn't really feel like work.

Zachariah: 100%, it was so fun filming the show and playing footie at the same time. But I did quite like filming those scenes where it was just me and Sam having those really tense conversations about the team.

Me: This type of show has never really been done before, its a sort of sports-drama hybrid. How did you go about acting in a show when you don't really have any examples of how to conduct yourselves in a show like this?

Sam: Well, it wasn't that hard since the show is written so perfectly and there's not really any need to do any sort of improvisation.  Yeah, the writers are so good it made our lives much easier.

Zachariah: I agree. Also, I sort of drew from my own experiences in football teams where the two most talented players are sort of at each other's throat. Yeah, so I just thought about what type of body language they use, how they stand and other things like that. In terms of the dialogue, like Sam I kinda just stuck to the script.
Me: Zachariah, I know you said you drew from your own experiences. I was just wondering whether either of you have been in a similar situation in real life?
Sam: Yeah, well obviously you have that competitive edge when your playing football because you want to be the best on the team.
Zachariah, Yeah I agree but at the same time its about doing what's best for the team and not being selfish.
